Shipping Info & Alternative Methods

How does your shipping work?

  1. You place an order with WAHES ; Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation receipt.
  2. At this time we begin fulfilling your order. Please allow 2 business days for processing. (We do not process on Weekends)
  3. Your order is ready to be shipped after 2 days processing by evening at 7pm from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Standard shipping is fulfilled either by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Typically allow shipping carriers up to 3 business days for your packages to arrive. We will provide you tracking information on your package once it has been scheduled. 

Average order turn-around start to finish is 4-5 business days. 

WAHES only ships out packages on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Expedited Shipping: $10 PER BUNDLE ORDER 

By selecting expedited shipping, We will process your order the same-day and have it shipping out via UPS the same-evening by 7pm (CST) Guaranteed!

American Airlines Cargo - Next-Day Shipping - Cost $30.00 

Great option for residents of Hawaii or Alaska. 

If you need your system urgently, shipping via American Airlines Cargo Is for you. This method allows same-day ship out/receive. You will still need to allow 2-business day for processing and then you will receive the item next-day when it is shipped out. These packages will delivered to the AA Cargo area at your local airport. We will email the location of your local cargo area and their hours of operation. Also, we will provide you with your WAYBILL Air No. for referencing purposes. It will be the responsibility of the customer to bring a proper photo ID to pick up the package and arrive within hours allowed.

**If you would like someone else to be authorized to pick up your package please email support@wahequipmentsolutions.com we will authorize them and they will need to present an ID and WAYBILL number.
