How does AfterPay work?
AfterPay splits the approved-purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments, spread over 6 weeks.
What do you currently offer for installments?
WAHES + AfterPay allow you to now finance anything on our website over the purchase minimum of $35+. This includes but not limited to; Tower Only & Desktop bundles and accessories.
Are there any fees?
When paid on time, AfterPay will never tack on fees to your purchase. There is no interest or hidden cost. AfterPay only charge a $7 fee on a late payment that’s seven days overdue. AfterPay reserve the right to charge a further $7 fee, if remains late 14 days after the original payment due. $14 is the maximum a customer will ever be charged for an individual order.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be processed and delivered the same as any other order on our store. No waiting! You do NOT have to wait to receive your item until after the final payment has been made.
How do I pay? Am I eligible?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. All US credit and debit cards (including American Express and Discover). However, AfterPay cannot accept credit or debit cards from overseas or pre-paid debit cards.You will need to pass AfterPay simple, hassle-free, instant credit check at checkout. Approval is quick, easy and requires only a few personal details from you.
Is there a hard credit check?
No. AfterPay never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on a customer’s credit rating by using AfterPay.
Who can use AfterPay?
In order to have an account with AfterPay, you must:
Live in the US
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase
Where can I review my order?
You can login to the customer portal via Afterpay mobile app and review orders, update payment details and make additional payments.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on AfterPay?
AfterPay does not approve every order. AfterPay automated system takes into account various factors to determine whether you are approved and what spend limit AfterPay can provide. AfterPay will charge 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. If you don't have this available, your order won't go through. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, there is a good chance that you will receive a higher limit than somebody who is a new customer. If you have multiple orders that are not fully paid off with AfterPay, it can help to pay off orders in advance. This can sometimes increase the amount you can spend. AfterPay also look at the total value of the order and can deny transactions if they exceed certain limits.
Why has my card been charged multiple times?
This is typically because the wrong zip code has been entered. When this occurs, your bank may hold the funds as pending temporarily. Importantly, in this instance, it has not been charged and this will be reversed shortly. If the issue persists, please contact your bank in the first instance.
What information does AfterPay need from me?
For initial sign up, AfterPay only need your date of birth, mobile number, and either a debit or credit card. After that, you only need to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through Afterpay, it's completely secure.
Received a message that I was not eligible to finance my transaction, why?
Oh no...I am sorry to hear that AfterPay was not able to finance your transaction. Their algorithm is ever-learning. If you'd like detailed info regarding the denial. Please contact Afterpay support within their app.

Partial approvals are new to AfterPay and constantly being improved on. If you receive a partial approval. It's best to contact us via phone or FB-Chat to discuss your options. We have a few:
